Four Food Network Star chefs take to the aisles to compete on behalf of their favorite charity. First, Guy tasks them with making a lunchtime favorite only using 5 Ingredients or Less. Then, the chefs are challenged to make a steakhouse dinner -- on a budget. The two finalists compete in one of the most difficult games yet, One Ingredient Per Aisle, in which they pull out all the stops to make the best dish for a good cause.
The chefs must dig through Clearance Carts to make comfort food with mislabeled meats and unmarked cans. Next, the chefs' strengths are put to the test, as they carry as many items as they can to make breakfast for dinner. With two chefs left, their fate is in the spin as the Food Wheel decides what components will be used in their best dish.
Four chefs from Diners, Drive-ins and Dives meet under Guy's roof for the ultimate culinary smack down. When thinking of comfort food, radishes and maple syrup don't usually come to mind, but it must for these chefs in Grocery List. Next, discounted, damaged and dented items are on the menu for a delicious dinner party in Clearance Carts. In the final game, Guy doubles up on the chefs by giving them a two-for-one deal with Red Light Special and Cart Swap. Only one will be able to work through the pressure and make it to the Shopping Spree.
In the first game, the chefs try not to tip the scale when shopping for their best meat dish. It's a grocery gamble in game two when the chefs prepare an all-American lunch determined by the Food Wheel. The two finalists have it really tough when Guy tells them to cook a gourmet dinner, switches their ingredients and gives them a Red Light Special that pushes their culinary talents to the extreme.
In Watch Your Weight, let's hope the fried feast doesn't add too many pounds to the scale. Next, the chefs must make a skewered meal out of the haphazard items in the Clearance Carts. The last two chefs spin the Food Wheel to determine their budget for an elegant dinner.
