Italy with Rocco DiSpirito

As executive chef of Union Pacific restaurant in New York and Melting Pot host on Food Network, Rocco has gained quite a reputation for his high-end, no holds barred style of cooking. Rocco seeks out numerous Italian specialties: pizza, pasta, buffalo mozzarella and bread. Using produce from local markets, Rocco and his family will gather at a friend's home and prepare a traditional Italian meal. And then it's a hunt for the best pizza in Naples.
