Everybody gets nostalgic about the 50's: great rock and roll, great fashion ... too bad we can't say the same for the food. G revamps some 50's classic dishes: Pigs in a blanket become Chorizo Corn Dogs served with Grainy Maple-Mustard. For the main: Broccoli, Wild Mushroom, and Duck Prosciutto Casserole Smothered in a Sharp Cheddar Cream Sauce. Dessert is served with a Cherry Pie Inspired by an "Old Fashioned" Cocktail. Panos informs us about chorizo and The Spice Agent reports on orange bitters.
