Pop Up Gourmet takes dining out to a new level. Chef Cory Vitiello, sommelier Anton Potvin and designer Bradley Denton work together to create one-night only, pop-up restaurant experiences with a focus on locally grown and harvested ingredients, great wine and decadent décor. The trio heads to Monterey, California to host a dinner to raise awareness of a monument honoring those lost at sea. Featuring sustainable seafood, seasonal ingredients and local Monterey wine, the trio work around the clock for four days to pull together a 5-star dinner.
