Season 1, Episode 5

From Maine to Miami

Lobster roll expert Sabin Lomac heads to Manchac, La., to try the Thin-Fried Catfish, Hush Puppies and Alligator Sliders that draw crowds all the way from New Orleans and Baton Rouge to Middendorf's. In Grand Haven, Mich., he sets his eyes on poppin' summertime joint the Toasted Pickle's classic, messy sandwich called the Nashville Hottie and their slightly less-messy but equally fun Green Goddess Grilled Cheese with a light pesto sauce. In his hometown of Scarborough, Maine, Sabin goes to The Garage BBQ where they're mashing up summer favorites into perfect barbecue dishes from their Pork Belly Lobster BLT to their famous BBQ Chicken with a side of Lobster Frites. Finally, Sabin cools things down in Miami, Fla., at Lulu's Nitrogen Ice Cream where he indulges in Goat Cheese and Guava Ice Cream served in a warm made-to-order waffle cone and a Key Lime Pie Milkshake that tastes just like the real thing.
