Chefs Anna Haugh and Aktar Islam take on the challenge set by Fred Sirieix to replicate the lunchbox legend -- a packet of Quavers. Re-creating Quavers' delicate texture and cheesy flavor proves to be a near-impossible task for the chefs, but after seven days and sleepless nights, they cook their replicas head-to-head for a panel of Quavers' big cheeses. As the chefs grapple with their recipes, Jayde Adams heads deep into the Quavers' factory to find out what they've got right and where they're going wrong.
