Chefs Tristan Welch and Cyrus Todiwala are challenged by Fred Sirieix to replicate the precise marshmallow texture, crumbly biscuit and non-melting chocolate of a legendary snack, the Wagon Wheel. After seven days of problem solving, the chefs cook their replicas for a panel of Wagon Wheel bosses. Meanwhile, Jayde Adams is given a guided tour of the Wagon Wheel factory to reveal how they're really made.
