Eight of America's best bakers are ready to prove their skills in the first two challenges of the Spring Baking Championship. First, they'll have to make their best flower-inspired cupcake and in the main heat challenge, they must use farm-fresh ingredients to win over the judges with their most impressive upside-down cake.
The seven remaining bakers take sweet and tart to a whole new territory. In the first challenge, they must create a honey dessert and for their main heat challenge, they have to pucker up to lemons and limes and bake a springtime citrus treat.
Happy Mother's Day, bakers! In this episode, the bakers take on a special treat, transforming coffee and cream into a delectable dessert, and then they must whip up a festive mom-worthy brunch.
The five bakers left in the Spring Baking Championship are challenged to bake for a birthday bash! They kick it off with desserts on a stick and for the main challenge, the bakers must create an amazing birthday cake, paired with homemade ice cream.
The final four bakers must tap into their basic training to create memorable Memorial Day desserts to make it to the finale. First they're challenged to create a pie for a spring picnic, then they'll have the freedom to create the dessert of their choosing -- as long as it's red, white and blue.
In the epic finale, the three remaining bakers first take on a wedding dessert bar challenge and for their final main heat, it's all about creating a wedding cake that truly deserves to be the centerpiece of the big day. The baker who can impress the judges with the most spectacular wedding cake will become the Spring Baking Champion and take home $50,000!
