Season 1, Episode 5

Washington DC

It's not easy to get people in Washington to agree on much, but everyone will agree that Kix has found three of the best steakhouses in our nation's capital. Ray's The Steak is a local favorite serving succulent steak dishes that have loyal clientele coming back for more. Even the President is a fan! The Partisan is at the forefront of DC's modern cuisine serving fresh, high quality meat thanks to their own in-house butcher shop. No part of the animal goes to waste here; they even fry an apple pie in beef fat. Del Campo's South American menu includes Smoked Wagyu Steak and a massive sandwich called a Chavito, piled high with an assortment of meat including seared rib-eye, Mortadella and Ham. It's as tall as the Washington Monument!
