Chef Aarón Sánchez digs in to Gypsy Queen Food Truck's soft shell crab taco, has cow tongue at La Tolteca, the highly technical chilaquiles at Papi's Tacos and finishes off a great trip with a Caribbean-influenced taco at Woody's Rum Bar.
