Portland, Maine

Maine is America's biggest lobster producer, so Chef Aaron Sanchez is rewarded when he shows up hungry for fresh lobster tacos from Zapoteca. From there it's off to Taco Escobarr where Chef Meg Stanley shows off a taco with braised beef in a deep-fried flour tortilla. Aaron finishes off his trip with a stop into the traditional Taco Trio for their famous goat barbecue and a less traditional, but delicious, hot dog from the El Corazon food truck.
