Chicken Tikka Masala

Though chef Marianna hails from Venezuela, her marriage to Indian born Nitin Vadukul unexpectedly triggered a love affair with Indian cuisine. Now she is practically a celebrity in her small hometown of Hudson, N.Y., when it comes to Indian cooking. Her Indian cafe Saffron has the locals craving curry, and the press raving. As Marianna cooks up her signature Chicken Tikka Masala before a captive audience of organic farmers and loyal family and friends, Chef Bobby Flay sneaks up on the scene. Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Sassy sisters Marilyn and Sheila Brass learned the basics of baking as children growing up in their mother's kitchen. One-hundred fourteen years of combined cooking experience later, they find themselves with thousands of collected recipes and a James Beard nomination for their cookbook Heirloom Baking. One of the tasty dishes from this award worthy book is their classic Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The fun loving Brass Sisters are all set to put their culinary skills on display, but when Chef Bobby Flay challenges the ladies to a Throwdown, will he be able to surprise the sisters with his own succulent version of this classic cake? Stay tuned for a Throwdown that will turn the competition upside-down!

Quiche

They say real men do not eat quiche, but try telling that to tattooed rocker-turned-pie-guru Rodney Henry. Rodney's Dangerously Delicious Pie shop keeps his Baltimore neighborhood in pie heaven, and his meaty cheesy Cowboy Quiche is the shop's must-have slice. But, can Rodney's quiche cowboy up to the savory pie Bobby Flay brings along? Find out on the Quiche Throwdown!

Hot Dogs

Brooklyn's Nick Suarez has been annihilating his competition in amateur cook-offs all over New York City and his hot dogs have become a force to be reckoned with. His newest creation, Brooklyn's Cheesiest Dog, is ready to be put to the test -- the only catch is Nick's competition is none other than Bobby Flay! Who will be crowned "Top Dog"? There is only one way to find out -- a Hot Dog Throwdown! Let the grilling begin!

Carrot Cake

Southern belle Vera Stewart has developed a carrot cake that has customers at her business "Very Vera" coming back for more. Her food mail-order business and cafe create some of the best cakes in the world and her carrot cake is ready to be put to the test! As if these feats were not enough, Vera also runs a food etiquette school for children. Will this Georgia peach teach Bobby a lesson in Southern Hospitality or will this bake-off be one for the books?

Huevos Rancheros

David Matias and his mom Teresa have created the best Huevos Rancheros above the border. They have received accolades from the New York Times and their Huevos Rancheros are listed in the book "500 Things To Eat Before It's Too Late" as the prefect breakfast. Yet, will David and Teresa send Bobby's Huevos Rancheros up in flames, or will Bobby show them that this big city boy can turn out some classic eggs, southwest style? Well, only one-way to find out, a Huevos Rancheros Throwdown.

Banana Cream Pie

Tired of the rat race, friends and co-workers, Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito left the grind of jobs in advertising to follow their tasty dream of opening a bakery. This led to the creation of their Elvis inspired banana cream pie that has fans flocking from all over to their Brooklyn bakery to get a taste of this dessert that is fit for a king! Can Matt and Renato cream the competition with their heavenly dessert, or will Bobby's take on the classic pie reign supreme? The judges will likely scratch their heads until they declare a winner at this Banana Cream Pie Throwdown!

Chicken Wings

When you're about to throwdown with Colette Burnett of Brooklyn, N.Y., be forewarned, no "chickens" allowed! In this battle over wings Colette, owner of Super Wings NY, takes no prisoners. Colette, a native of Trinidad, says it is a pleasant surprise that you can find "wing nirvana" in Brooklyn and takes pride in creating the perfect chicken wing. The competition is fierce in this spicy, must-see, Throwdown duel!

Thanksgiving Throwdown

What happens when you combine a pinch of city, a dash of country and a scrumptious Thanksgiving Feast? You get Pioneer Woman. Meet, Ree Drummond, former city slicker turned cowgirl. Do not be fooled by her sweet face -- Ree makes a mean, hard to beat Thanksgiving feast with all the fixings. We're sure city slicker Chef Flay has his work cut out for him in this exciting Thanksgiving Throwdown!

Bobby Flay travels to Texas to challenge an all-American cowboy to a Throwdown on a Chuckwagon specialty, Chicken Fried Steak.

Whoopie Pies

Best friends and business partners, Carol Ford and Karen Haase have been whoopen' customers into a frenzy over their award winning whoopie pies for the last several years. Hailing from Maine, the rumored birth place of whoopie pies, these ladies maintain a successful mail order business and people line up to enter their shop, Cranberry Island Kitchen. Carol and Karen believe they are being featured on a show called "Maine Attraction" but will the spotlight shift when Chef Bobby Flay shows up to challenge them to a Whoopie Pie Throwdown? Tune in to see who'll be yelling "Whoopie" by the end of the competition.
