La Fonda Boricua is New York City's best known Puerto Rican restaurant, and its head cook, Jorge Ayala, keeps customers coming back with his Arroz con Pollo -- chicken and rice. Jorge thinks he's been tapped by Food Network to show off his Arroz con Pollo in a show about Latin culture and cuisine. He has no clue that he and his dish have been targeted by Bobby Flay for a Throwdown. Will Jorge salsa his way to victory, or will Bobby show off a few of his own moves?
