Tyler Florence is in hot pursuit of the ultimate chicken dish. First, he's in the Cotswolds in the English countryside to meet up with Cordon Bleu cook, Louise Smail, for a traditional Sunday supper. Then he heads to the South of France for their version of a classic chicken meal. Home again in New York City, Tyler uses the best of what he has learned to make his own ultimate chicken recipe.
