For adults only: Matt's rum-spiked popcorn balls will fit in perfectly with your Halloween spread.

Follow this step-by-step to create your own bacon, rum and salted caramel popcorn balls. For the ingredient list, go to the Salted Caramel Popcorn Balls recipe.

Everything for the popcorn balls: While it looks like a lot, it's not. Things get mixed together, melted, then added to popcorn.

This stuff is hot, hot, hot. Be careful when pouring the caramel mixture over the popcorn, and give it a few seconds to cool. You'll want to work fast here before the mixture becomes too cool to form. Gloves with a few drops of vegetable oil on the outside work wonders!

Once everything is added to the mixture you can form the popcorn balls. Small, large, giant, it's up to you.

See those chunks of bacon sticking out? That's what I'm talking about!

The finished product: These popcorn balls travel well, are fun and easy to eat, and can be made ahead so you'll have plenty of time to get into costume.
