Ingredients

Chocolate Ganache:
  • 1 cup chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Marshmallow Fluff:
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 egg whites
  • 2 waffles
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed into small pieces

Directions

Special equipment: Kitchen torch

For the ganache: Bring a pot of water to a simmer, and place another bowl on top, without touching the water. Add the chocolate and cream and mix together until melted and combined. 

For the fluff: Beat together the corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg whites on high speed for 10 minutes.

For assembly: Cover the waffles with graham cracker pieces, followed by the chocolate ganache. Spread the marshmallow fluff over half of the waffles, and toast with a kitchen torch. Fold the waffles over, so the toppings are now in the middle. Top with powdered sugar.
