Ingredients

  • 5 ounces sake
  • 1/2 tablespoon pickled ginger juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste (add more or less depending on how much heat you can handle)
Garnish:
  • Salmon roe
  • Pickled ginger

Directions

Watch how to make this recipe.

In a shaker filled with ice, pour in sake, ginger juice and wasabi and shake vigorously. Pour into an Up glass and garnish by piercing one pickled ginger slice and a salmon roe egg on a cocktail spear. Float the garnish in drink and bow reverently.
