Special equipment: 8 skewers
In a bowl, mix the orange juice, oil, spice rub and lime juice. Rub the mixture all over the chicken to coat well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium.
Skewer each piece of chicken and place on the grill. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
