Don't let your Spice Rack intimidate you any longer! Fight the fear and take your meals from bland to taste bud banging with Kelsey's tips for cooking with her essential spices. First, Kelsey takes a field trip to S.O.S. Chef's to experiment with new spices and build her own Everyday Blend. Back in the kitchen, Kelsey uses her newfound spicy knowledge to make a Pan Seared Crispy Halibut topped with a Zesty Tartar Sauce, Pickled Cucumber Carrot Slaw, and Oven Roasted Potatoes with her Everyday Spice Blend. Finally, Kelsey brings the spice all the way to dessert with her Cinna-Spiced Creme Brûlée.
