So simple yet delicious and satisfying. My family wanted is in the menu rotation now. Definitely get the fresh mozzarella, it makes all the difference. I love the anchovy twist.. I didn't have whole anchovies on hand so I smeared a bit of anchovy paste in th center. If you don't have or don't like anchovies, the sandwiches are still very good without them.
