In a small bowl, add the lemon, orange and lime juices. Whisk in the olive oil in a slow, steady stream until emulsified. Season with the salt and pepper.
Put the spinach and strawberries in a large bowl and toss with enough vinaigrette to coat. Sprinkle with the trail mix, then toss again and serve immediately.
