2011 South Beach Wine & Food Fest

By: Mark Levine

If you have ever considered taking a break from your daily grind to go on one of the most decadent food vacations around the globe, the South Beach Wine and Food Festival has your name all over it...

Whether you love Martha Stewart, Jamie Oliver, Giada de Laurentiis or homegrown Cooking Channel rising chefs like Nadia G from Bitchin' Kitchen and Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos from Extra Virgin, you can't help but bump into a food icon down here. Star sightings abound but the true stars of this festival are the unparalleled food and drink offerings.

Though shot with a crappy iPhone in mood-lit tents, you can get a sense of some of the offerings below...

Or follow Cooking Channel, Nadia G. of Bitchin' Kitchen, Chuck Hughes, Debi Mazar and husband Gabriele Corcos as we DEVOUR the weekend.

If money and time were no object, would you be into an entirely food-focused vacation?
