ingredients

  • 2 ounces ginger-infused vodka
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • Ice
  • 2 shucked fresh oysters
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced shallots
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 wasabi peas

Directions

Pour the vodka, lemon juice and rice wine vinegar into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well combined. Place the oysters into 2 shot glasses and pour the chilled vodka mixture over the oyster. Top with 1/4 teaspoon minced shallots, a pinch of sea salt and 1 wasabi pea.
