  • HG Hot Couple sauce, recipe follows
  • HG Hot Couple: Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt + Salsa
  • 2/3 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Cut lavash bread or flatbread into a total of 24 squares, each about 2 inches by 2 inches, and place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.

Bake in the oven until crispy, about 2 to 4 minutes. Serve with HG Hot Couple sauce.

PER SERVING (1/4th of recipe, chips with dip): 72 calories, 0g fat, 527mg sodium, 10.5g carbs, 3.5g fiber, 2g sugars, 7g protein
For HG Hot Couple:
In a bowl, stir together the salsa and yogurt until uniform in color. Eat up!

    These chips are a wonderful alternative to potato and tortilla chips. My husband uses these instead of tortilla chips for his salsa. Much healthier choice and very easy to make.
