Eden heads around the world in the diverse desert city of Phoenix, where she kicks off her trip in an Indian market. She learns how to make chats, a refreshing Indian snack food, and visits a large Indian street festival. Next she makes pierogi with a Polish baker, kabobs with a Lebanese butchering family and helps Bosnian bakers make breakfast all before the sun rises. Lastly, Eden uncovers a touching story of survival while taking in an authentic Cambodian meal, and winds down her trip at a Native American reservation making chili and being invited to join a Native American traditional dance. She arrives back in the same spot 24 hours later, her body tired, but her belly full!
