Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3 fennel fronds
