Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the ground lamb, bread crumbs, walnuts, raisins, eggs, mint, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly until completely consistent. Roll the meat into golf ball-size portions, about 2-ounces each. Place the meatballs on a well-oiled sheet tray. Roast the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes until just firm. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
