Ingredients

  • 400 milliliters (13.5 ounces) mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons wasabi paste
  • Heaped 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

Directions

Combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
