Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 serrano chile, finely diced 
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced 
  • 4 ounces chopped fresh cilantro, thick stems removed 
  • 4 haas avocados, pitted
  • Salt 
  • 1/2 key lime, juiced
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

Combine the tomatoes, chiles, onions and cilantro into a medium bowl. Add the avocados and mash gently with a fork or potato masher.

Add salt to taste and squeeze in the lime juice to finish. Serve with tortilla chips.
