  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 small onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
