Prosciutto, Fig and Melon Stacks

1 orange-fleshed melon, sliced in thin squares

1/4 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced

3 figs, thinly sliced


Special equipment:
  1. Layer a piece of melon, then a piece prosciutto and then a slice of fig. Using a toothpick, skewer the melon, prosciutto, and fig and then place on a plate. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
