2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons warm water 

2 ounces gin 

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice 



  1. Make the honey syrup: Place the honey and water in a bowl and stir until incorporated.
  2. Pour the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup into a Boston shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
