3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon whole milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup M&Ms or chocolate chips
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 to 5 teaspoons whole milk
Sprinkles, if desired
Try substituting the M&Ms with any sort of candy or chocolate chip you love. Peanut butter cups make a fabulous cookie cake!
