2 to 3 red pepper slices

2 to 3 green pepper slices

4 lemon slices

Ice, as needed

2 ounces or 1/4 cup bourbon (recommended: Woodford Reserve)

1 ounce or 2 tablespoons agave nectar

1 ounce or 2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Ginger ale, as needed


  1. Put the pepper and lemon slices in an old-fashioned glass and lightly muddle or crush. Fill the glass with ice and add the bourbon, agave nectar, and pineapple juice. Stir to combine the ingredients. Top the glass with ginger ale and enjoy.
