Coffee Brandy Glaze

You can drizzle the glaze over a cake or use it to glaze your favorite homemade or store bought donuts. This recipe makes enough to glaze 4 dozen donuts or 4 cakes.

5 3/4 pounds confectioner's sugar

1 1/2 cups espresso 

1/3 cup coffee-flavored brandy, such as Allen's

1/4 cup half-and-half 


  1. Mix together the sugar, espresso, brandy and half-and-half until smooth.
