Three-Cheese Mixed Green Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing

Vinaigrette Dressing:

1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

1 tablespoon agave syrup

1 tablespoon minced garlic 

1/2 teaspoon minced fresh oregano 

1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley 

1/4 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary 

1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme 

Pinch cayenne 

Juice of 1 lemon

Sea salt and black pepper

Mixed Green Salad:

4 cups mixed baby greens

2 cups arugula 

2 tablespoons diced red onion 

1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese 

1 tablespoon shredded mild Cheddar

1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella

1 large heirloom tomato, diced 

Sea salt and black pepper


  1. For the vinaigrette dressing: Mix together the grapeseed oil, olive oil, agave, garlic, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, cayenne and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. For the mixed green salad: In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, arugula, red onions, blue cheese, Cheddar, mozzarella and tomatoes. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
