Pecorino Grilled Cheese with Honeycomb

2 cups grated pecorino cheese

1 baguette, cut into 1-inch slices

4 ounces honeycomb


  1. Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Place the baguette slices onto a baking sheet. Top with the grated pecorino and broil until the cheese has melted and starts to brown, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish each slice with a chunk of honeycomb.
